Our project has hit a critical milestone!

Teresita and the Piano has hit a critical milestone! We have participated in workshops and script development, the film has received funding via Iberoamerican IBERMEDIA, Sundance Institute, in BAFICI TALENT CAMPUS, BERLINALE as well as international and national support fund Film Venezuela (CNAC)

Our goal is to have a quality product, producing a documentary with a solid and complete investigation, show data, new situations on the life and work of Teresa Carreño that transcend her biography and literature.

We are now in the preproduction initiation stage of the documentary, this involves research of photographic, bibliographic and musical archives to be included in the script, and location selection to be put to test with the characters in New York.
